Length of stay

Please note that we do not accept one night stays, unless a one night gap is created by longer bookings or one night availability occurs within one week of the date required.

Deposit

A deposit of a one night stay is required at time of booking NB. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is received.

Pets

Corner House is Dog Friendly to adult well behaved and house trained dogs. We have one dedicated dog friendly room. We do charge a one off £10 charge for your pet.

Children

Unfortunately we do not accept children under 12

Arrival & Departure

Check in from 3pm and check out is at 10:30am – however early or late arrival/check out can be arranged with prior notice given.

Cancellation Terms

If cancellation of a confirmed booking is made over 30 days prior to the booked date/s any deposit already paid will be retained unless the room/s are relet, in which case the deposit less a £10 administration fee will be refunded.

Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 30 days of the booked date/s will incur a charge equal to the balance of the total cost of the booked period if no replacement booking is received. If the room/s are relet for these date/s any deposit already paid, less a £10 administration charge, will be refunded.

NB. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made for accommodation verbally, by telephone, email or in writing constitutes a legally binding contract.

Please note: Guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover unexpected need for cancellation. This should cost only a few pounds.

No smoking

Corner House is an entirely non-smoking establishment.
